Lawyer, businessman and livestock farmer. He has been working since an early age,helping his parents in the fields. He joined the ranks of Pfizer Corporation Brazil in Fortaleza, CE, where he stayed for 7 years. He left to pursue an entrepreneurial career with two colleagues from work. They remained partners for more than 20 years and today they are great friends and supporters of each other’s success.
He was vice-president and president of Federação Paraense de Desportos Aquáticos (FPDA), vice-president of Confederação Brasileira de Desportos Aquáticos (CBDA), vice-president of Federação do Comércio do Estado do Pará and is currently the vice-president of Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Pará (FIEPA).
He worked in the distribution and commercialization of heavy machinery, the tourism sector, road cargo transportation, distribution and commercialization of agricultural products, and currently dedicates his time to CBAA, which he founded in 1984. In addition, he is engaged in agricultural activities, specifically in the breeding and reproduction of cattle.
He is married and a father of two children, with five grandchildren. His hobbies include horseback riding and cultivating friendships. He believes in what Mother Teresa of Calcutta used to say: “In life, everything ends well. If things are not going well, it means it’s not the end yet.” What bothers him the most is seeing people who go hungry, live below the poverty line, and can't find employment.
