Commercial Director of the Headquarters
Lawyer, businessman and livestock farmer. He has been working since an early age,helping his parents in the fields. He joined the ranks of Pfizer Corporation Brazil in Fortaleza, CE, where he stayed for 7 years. He left to pursue an entrepreneurial career with two colleagues from work. They remained partners for more than 20 years and today they are great friends and supporters of each other’s success.
He was vice-president and president of Federação Paraense de Desportos Aquáticos (FPDA), vice-president of Confederação Brasileira de Desportos Aquáticos (CBDA), vice-president of Federação do Comércio do Estado do Pará and is currently the vice-president of Federação das Indústrias do Estado do Pará (FIEPA).
He worked in the distribution and commercialization of heavy machinery, the tourism sector, road cargo transportation, distribution and commercialization of agricultural products, and currently dedicates his time to CBAA, which he founded in 1984. In addition, he is engaged in agricultural activities, specifically in the breeding and reproduction of cattle.
He is married and a father of two children, with five grandchildren. His hobbies include horseback riding and cultivating friendships. He believes in what Mother Teresa of Calcutta used to say: “In life, everything ends well. If things are not going well, it means it’s not the end yet.” What bothers him the most is seeing people who go hungry, live below the poverty line, and can't find employment.

Branch Director - São Paulo
Executive with over 39 years of commercial experience in the heavy mining equipment sector in the United States. In 2017, he joined CBAA to take responsibility for operations in the state of São Paulo.
Financial Director - São Paulo
Graduated in economics and administration from Cornell University. Thirty years of experience in consulting and finance. Joining the CBAA team in 2024 and motivated to develop the company and the transportation sector in Brazil.
Branch Director - Amazonas
Executive with a degree in Civil Engineering and Occupational Safety Engineering, both from the Federal University of Amazonas. He has extensive experience in civil construction and over 18 years of involvement in the commercialization of petroleum-derived asphalt inputs. His experience enables him to build technical, ethical, and committed capabilities within the company's processes. He has an entrepreneurial and resilient mindset, believing in the possibility of expanding CBAA Asfaltos’s activities in the region.
His skills in integrating and coordinating appropriate processes and technologies within the operational field help achieve the company’s current strategic objectives, making a competitive and creative impact in the market.
Branch Director - Ceará
Graduated in Civil Engineering, with a post-graduate degree in Business Management from FGV, working at CBAA for 25 years.
With extensive experience in the commercial distribution of Asphalts, he is an easygoing person and part of the leadership of the team in pursuit of commercial and operational efficiency.
Branch Director - Goiás
Professional with over 24 years of experience in the petrochemical industry. Graduated in Business Administration, he holds an MBA in Commercial Management, Project Management, Controlling, and Financial Management.
He is a committed professional with leadership skills and good communication, capable of building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Additionally, he has a comprehensive understanding of the asphalt market and stays updated to anticipate changes in the business environment. His ability to make smart decisions makes him a respected and highly valued leader in his field of expertise.
Branch Director - Bahia
Rodrigo Maia, 34 years old, graduated in Civil Engineering, with a post-graduate degree in Highway Engineering and an MBA in Management and Logistics.
He has worked in construction companies in the capital of Bahia and has been building a career at CBAA-ASFALTOS. He refers to himself as “Green Blood,” alluding to the company’s color, showing how much he loves what he does. He believes that success is the result of passionate teams.
His objective is to encourage his subordinates to be great and think big, with Meritocracy as the foundation of their professional growth.
